Great location, fantastic view, fully equipped chalets, helpful and friendly staff, clean and new facilities.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and just a stone's throw away from the center of the village. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious lockers to store all my belongings. And let's not forget breakfast - the home made bread was a delicious treat to start the day!

The front desk service could have been more welcoming and accommodating.

I recently had a really enjoyable stay at a hotel in Vale do Capao. The hotel was well-managed and the staff were super friendly, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short walk from the square and main street, where you can find a variety of bars and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was truly amazing, with fresh and delicious food options available no matter what time I arrived. I particularly loved the home-made bread served during breakfast. this hotel offers great value for money and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there is nothing that I would suggest for improvement.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to help me with anything I needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, made me feel comfortable. the hotel is located near to the Centre of the village, making it very convenient for me to go on excursions or to explore the city. Lastly, the breakfast here was amazing, giving me the energy I needed for the day.

Beautiful garden and very helpful staff. The breakfast was really tasty and very nicely presented. We also enjoyed the location, which was close to many attractions and made it easy to explore the area.

The rooms were quite uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The mattresses were hard and the bedding was old and scratchy. In addition, the wifi was very slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to plan our activities. while the staff and breakfast were great, we were disappointed by the lack of comfort in the rooms and the poor wifi.
